I cannot recommend MJC Homewatch enough. Marc is thorough and detailed. When he checks on my place it is like he is checking on his own place, as he does it with that much detail and passion.

He recently discovered that in the heat of the summer my air conditioning was not working properly, notified me and within a day had arranged for someone to be there to fix the problem. It turned out I had a faulty compressor and after the new compressor was installed, Marc continued to check on the place and noticed there was still an issue. It turned out that the compressor was also faulty, and if it was not for Marc ensuring the job was done 100% accurately, by checking it routinely, we could have had a real issue on our hands. He got the HVAC company back out there and they completed the job.

Bottom line, he assumed nothing and made sure everything was working perfectly before he told me the problem was resolved.

Marc is truly my eyes and ears when I am not at my place in Florida.
