Every visit includes a thorough check of the exterior of your home and grounds.

1. Check that scheduled home services have been performed (landscaping, pool and spa maintenance, exterminators, etc.)

2. Walk the property and check the overall security of the building and grounds

3. Inspect exterior walls, roof and gutters (from the ground)

4. Check irrigation and landscaping for issues or potential problems

5. Collect mail and deliveries, remove newspapers and solicitations

6. Check exterior lighting and replace bulbs or arrange for repairs as needed

7. Inspect for pest or insect infestation and rodents

8. Check garage and exterior storage areas

9. Check pool and lanai areas

10. Run main water valve upon arrival and turn off after inspection

We will monitor and maintain your vehicles while you're away, including running the engine periodically, making sure batteries are fully charged. and tire pressure is maintained. We can arrange for the vehicle to be washed and detailed prior to your arrival.

Pet sitting services include:

1. Arrange for a licensed pet sitter when clients are out of town

2. Pickup/dropoff a pet at a boarder facility upon request

We have relationships with the most qualified, licensed, bonded service providers in Southwest Florida. We arrange for detailed estimates, coordinate with the client, and facilitate direct communication with prospective contractors so the client can make the final decision.

We track storms and prepare your property by:

1. Closing all shutters and coordinate with contractors to board up your home (if requested)

2. Securing boats and jet skis

3. Bringing inside pool and lanai furniture

4. Securing objects that could become airborne

After the storm, we:

1. Check for physical damage

2. Check for leaks and water damage

3. Check for operational HVAC systems

4. Check for electrical damage and functionality

5. Check for Wifi operation

6. Coordinating with your insurance company, contractors, or property adjusters to assess your property in the event of damage
